  Worst hotel ever

  This ill-maintained hotel is run by incompetent people. We booked a nonsmoking room. When we got to our room, the entire 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes and there were dead insects in front of the door. The air conditioning didn't work.…

  Pros: location Cons: rude staff, dirty rooms, poor plumbing, poor elevator, internet access does not work in rooms

  I was a little put out that we were unable to take our breakfast to our room. There's already a fridge and microwave, so food is expected to be in there. Also, we turned the heater on and the room began to smell and the smoke alarm went…
